Samsung Galaxy S3 going to be launched in April
Samsung Galaxy S 3 looks like it might be shown off next month instead. ZDNet Korea claims to have confirmed the time frame with Cheil Worldwide, Samsung’s marketing and advertising agency. According to the loose-lipped staffers, Sammy is planning a huge advertising campaign for the S3 here at the London 2012 Olympics here in Blighty, suggesting we may be amongst the first to get our hands on the smartphone.
The Samsung Galaxy S3 is said to feature a 4.8-inch HD touchscreen, powered by Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich and Samsung’s own quad-core Exynos chipset. There’s also talk of an 8 megapixel rear-facing camera with 1080p HD video, a front-facing HD webcam, integrated NFC technology, 32GB of included storage and support for 4G LTE over in the States. It’s also expected to launch boating a robust ceramic casing, which will measure in at less than 8mm-thick.
